LONDON — Kingfisher PLC, Europe’s largest home improvement retailer, has announced that it is in negotiations to acquire France’s Mr Bricolage for some €275 million, Alliance News reports. The deal is waiting for the green light from antitrust regulators before it can go into effect, likely not until the end of the fiscal year.
