The board of directors of Kohler Co. has elected CEO and president David Kohler to serve as its chair in addition to his existing roles. The announcement follows the death of his father, executive chairman Herbert Kohler Jr., earlier this month. David Kohler was appointed president and COO in 2009 and was promoted to CEO in 2015 while retaining the title of president.
