Lance Bissett buys Canadian Industrial Distributors

VANCOUVER — Lance Bissett, a major Western Canadian power tool wholesaler, has reached an agreement to acquire the assets and operations of Brampton, Ont.-based Canadian Industrial Distributors, expected to close May 25. The new, combined company will operate as CID Bissett Fasteners in Central and Eastern Canada, while remaining under the Lance Bissett name west of Ontario.
