MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Loblaw is teaming up with international partners to offer its Joe Fresh clothing line to shoppers outside Canada and the United States. The brand, which became available online last year, will be rolled out to stores in the Eastern Europe, South Korea, and the Middle East through wholesale agreements similar to the one made with J.C. Penney. That deal, which brought Joe Fresh to the U.S., hasn’t worked out as well as Loblaw hoped: J.C. Penney has scaled back on its Joe Fresh inventory under new leadership.
