MOORESVILE, N.C. — At Lowe’s Cos., Joseph M. Mabry has been named strategy and experience design executive. He will focus on U.S. strategy, aligning experience design, and building a capabilities road map that delivers omni-channel customer experiences across the company’s U.S. business, including Lowes.com and ATGstores.com. Michael P. McDermott has been promoted to chief merchandising officer. He will be responsible for the merchandising offering for Lowe’s U.S. business, and replaces Michael A. Jones, who will assume the role of chief customer officer.
