MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Lowe’s Cos. promoted Janice Dupre Little to the post of executive VP, human resources, effective June 22. Little joined Lowe’s Cos. in 2017 and most recently served as senior VP, diversity and talent management. Prior to joining Lowe’s, Little served as VP, diversity and inclusion and chief diversity officer for health care firm McKesson Corp. She has also held HR positions at Dell. Before entering the HR field, Little served in finance and accounting roles with Dell, IBM and Ernst & Young.
