Majority of homeowners have reno plans: poll

Six out of ten Canadian homeowners intend to renovate within the next two years, according to a Scotiabank survey. Of those, one in four are looking to get started within the next six months. The poll indicates that renovation intentions exceed the number of those who plan to buy and sell or to acquire an investment property.
