MONTREAL — Metro Inc. said this week its Q4 sales amounted to $4.14 billion, an increase of 7.4 percent. Net earnings rose 11.4 percent to $186.5 million. For the full fiscal year, the grocer posted total sales just shy of $18 billion, up 7.3 percent from 2019, while net earnings were up 11.5 percent to $796.4 million.
