Miele offers interactive experience

VAUGHAN, Ont. ― Miele has launched its first interactive “Experience Centre” flagship at Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre. The 2,200-square-foot space, which Miele describes as “digital first, but human at heart,” inhabits the mall’s newest wing, where its neighbours include Restoration Hardware.

Customers can test out Miele’s high-end appliances, kitchen products and Smart Home offerings. The kitchen area features culinary demonstrations and samples. While the store is aimed directly at the consumer, it does not compete with other retailers carrying Miele products. Thanks to the company’s chartered agency system, Miele can track when customers trying out products at the Experience Centre came from a multi-brand retailer.
