BARRIE, Ont. — Napoleon will hold a job fair on October 8 from noon to 7pm in Barrie, aiming to fill more than 50 contract positions in assembly and 30 full-time salaried posts. The latter include marketing, quality assurance, research & development, sales, human resources and customer service roles. The manufacturer of grills, fireplaces and HVAC systems is Barrie’s largest employer. “It is always exciting to be doing strong business and need to create more jobs to meet the demands,” says Co-Chief Executive Stephen Schroeter. “Napoleon has always been a good corporate citizen in Barrie, a place we are proud to call home and are happy to continue driving forward with opportunities for people to ignite their careers.”
