COLOGNE, Germany ― The European Federation of DIY Manufacturers is renaming itself the Home Improvement Manufacturers Association (HIMA). Its new mission statement is to “enable our members to face the future,” on the three pillars of Networking, Knowledge and Lobbying.
“HIMA will focus on engaging with members, offering activities and initiatives that are strategic in nature and focused in future challenges across the world,” President Reinhard Wolff said in a release, adding that “we expect a considerable international expansion of our association in the coming years.”
