WINNIPEG ― A deal to acquire North American Lumber has fallen through. In July 2017, Mill Street & Co. announced that its subsidiary, the Fastway Group, had entered into a purchase agreement to acquire the business operations of North American Lumber, however, HARDLINES has learned that the two sides were not able to come to an arrangement.
