Online course tackles consumer racial profiling

TORONTO — The Retail Council of Canada has partnered with the Canadian Association of Statutory Human Rights Agencies to help businesses prevent consumer racial profiling. The free online course, titled “Serving All in Canada,” is available in English or French and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Successful participants receive a certificate of completion.
