IRVING, Tex. — PrimeSource Building Products, an American full-service wholesale distributor of building materials, has announced the acquisition of Progressive Steel and Wire. PSW was previously part of a joint venture between Dubai Wire and PrimeSource, but PrimeSource is now taking 100% ownership and control.
PSW is currently reformatting its Dallas‐based nail production facility, which it says will result in a broader mix of products for customers. All products manufactured in this facility and future facilities will be available exclusively through the 42 distribution centres of PrimeSource across North America.
