Consumer satisfaction with U.S. retailers declined for the first time in four years, according to the latest American Consumer Satisfaction Index. Satisfaction was down or flat in all brick-and-mortar categories, with gains only in e-retail. At the top of the list was Amazon, with a score of 86, while Walmart fell to the bottom of the category at 68.
