NANAIMO, B.C. — Slegg Lumber, a home improvement dealer on Vancouver Island with 12 locations, is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. The business was founded in Nanaimo by the Slegg family, then sold to WSB Titan at the beginning of 2015. Last week, the retailer held its second annual trade show for its contractor customers. This year’s event was held April 27 in Langford, drawing more than 1,000 attendees.
