MIDDLETON, Wis. — Spectrum Brands Holdings announced that its president and CEO, Andreas Rouvé, has been elected to the company’s board of directors, beginning October 1. Rouvé, who became CEO in April, joins the board at the same time as his predecessor David R. Lumley, announced his resignation as a director. The overlap was part of Lumley’s plan for a smooth transition, the company said.
