Spectrum Brands said this week its Q2 adjusted earnings fell almost 53 percent to $0.41 per share, compared to $0.87 a year ago. Supply chain challenges and inflation contributed to the decline. Net sales however rose by 6.2 percent year-over-year to $807.8-million, beating analyst estimates of $784-million.
