LOUIS, Mo. — Spectrum Brands is investing more than $1 million here on a new headquarters for its newly formed Pet, Home & Garden Division. The division was established through the recent merging by Spectrum Brands of its Global Pet and Home & Garden operating units and produces specialty pet supplies, pest control products, and personal insect repellents.
