MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — After a rocky debut, Target Canada is reaching out to holiday shoppers with a bigger store circular and beefed-up advertising. Now that all Canadian stores are open, company reps said Target can roll out its holiday deals without holding back for fear of turning off customers still awaiting their stores, but wouldn’t say when the company would turn a profit, according to The Wall Street Journal.
