MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — All Target stores in Canada outside Quebec will open from 7am to 11pm this Friday, with discounts as high as 50% in all departments. Black Friday, the day following the American Thanksgiving holiday, has a long and sometimes bloody history south of the border: banners like Target with U.S. roots are trying to get Canadian shoppers hooked on the tradition too.
