NEW YORK — Target has opened up a pop-up art gallery in New York City that uses Target products to form works of art. Called Target Too, the exhibit features an image of the Target dog formed from Lego blocks and a portrait made from lip balms. A special Canadian section offers a depiction of empty parking lots made of old maple syrup bottles and a performance art piece of empty shelves with no Canadians near them.
