TIMBER MART grows in Montreal area

Greater Montreal-based Distribution G.I. is the latest independent retailer to join TIMBER MART. Co-owners Alexander Ferro and Yannick Trottier launched the business in 2022 in Chambly, Que. “Our business has grown very quickly, Ferro said in a release. “In fact, we needed to move into a larger location soon after opening.” It now occupies 7,500-square-foot property, including 4,000 square feet of outdoor storage and a 3,500-sqaure-foot building that houses a showroom, office, and warehouse.
