TORONTO — The Ontario government is giving the green light to Toronto and Peel Region, which includes Brampton and Mississauga, to enter Stage 3 of its reopening plan tomorrow. After midnight tonight, dining and fitness activities will be permitted indoors. The limit on gatherings will increase from 10 people to 50 people indoors and 100 outdoors. The move leaves Windsor-Essex, which continues to see outbreaks in agricultural settings, as the last public health unit in the province on Stage 2. It will remain there until its case growth declines.
