TORONTO — About 2,000 free starter trees will be handed out this weekend at five Lowe’s stores across Ontario. The drive, dubbed “Project Replant,” supports Ontario communities affected by the recent ice storms, which razed up to 20% of the tree canopy in cities such as Toronto.
