Sales of existing U.S. homes logged their third consecutive monthly increase in November, according to the National Association of Realtors. The seasonally adjusted annual rate of resales rose 1.9 percent to 6.46 million units. In a Reuters poll, economists projected a SAAR of 6.52 million units. On a year-over-year basis, home resales were down two percent.
