Sales of existing U.S. homes fell by 3.3 percent in June to an annual rate of 4.16 million units, according to the (U.S.) National Association of Realtors. It was the lowest level of sales in five months and a steeper drop than the rate of 4.2 million units projected by analysts in a Reuters poll. On a year-over-year basis, home resales dove by 18.9 percent.
