U.S. home resales slide in November

Sales of existing U.S. homes fell by 7.7 percent to an annualized rate of 4.09 million units last month in November, according to the (U.S.) National Association of Realtors. It was the tenth consecutive monthly decline and the lowest level of sales since May 2020. In a Reuters poll, economists projected that sales would fall to a rate of 4.2 million units.
