Vinyl Window Designs (VWD), a Toronto-based manufacturer of vinyl windows, entry doors, and patio doors, announced that it has acquired Vinylbilt Windows & Doors.
The terms of the deal, which were finalized on June 3, were not disclosed. Incoming Vinylbilt president Anthony Spatafora will oversee the transition and all employees and management will be retained.
