BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Wal-Mart has confirmed that Joel Anderson, CEO of its U.S. website business, Walmart.com, will step down as the company focuses on a major push in its e-commerce sales. Fernando Madeira, Latin American e-commerce CEO, will take over as Anderson moves on to a position outside the company.
