WELLAND, Ont. — Farm and hardware retailer TSC Stores has opened its latest outlet in Welland, Ont. The store offers the chain’s full selection of products for farm and country home improvement, working the land, and outdoor hobbies. The grand opening takes place all this week with special flyer deals and giveaways. The store has 26,000 square feet of retail space and employs 20, led by store manager David Haine.
