TORONTO — Dollarama has announced the appointment of former Metro executive Johanne Choinière as its chief operating officer, ending an eight-month executive search. Choinière, previously senior VP for Metro in Ontario, replaces Stephane Gonthier, who announced last summer his departure from Dollarama for California’s 99 Cents Only Stores, Reuters reports.
