RPM acquires Citadel Floor Coatings

CONCORD, Ont. — The Rust-Oleum Corporation, a subsidiary of RPM International Inc., has acquired Citadel Restoration and Repair, Inc., which supplies concrete and wood deck floor coatings for both the professional and DIY markets. Based in North St. Paul, Minn., Citadel has annual sales of approximately $10 million.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed. RPM’s brands include Tremco, Zinsser, Dap, Varathane, and Rust-Oleum.
