OTTAWA ― Giant Tiger, the junior department store chain based in Ottawa, will open three new stores across the country tomorrow. The company is “roaring” into Mississauga and Owen Sound, Ont., and Winnipeg, and will hold grand openings in each city on Saturday, November 21. The stores range in size from 19,000 to 27,000 square feet.
