VALLEYFIELD, Que. ― Matériaux Pont-Masson this week celebrated the grand opening of its seventh location, in Ste-Clotilde-de-Chateauguay, Que. The new store, which will serve as Matériaux Pont-Masson’s distribution centre, will create 25 new jobs. “We are happy to be able to better serve our professional customers as well as the Ste-Clotilde and neighboring communities where part of the market share had been left vacant,” co-owners Éric and Stéphane Bailey said in a statement. “Today we are proud to present this new store in St-Clotilde, where we’ve elected to build our distribution centre because of all the storage space that’s available.” The store’s 500,000 square feet encompass a 6,500-square-foot sales floor and a 40,000-square-foot indoor warehouse.
