HALIFAX ― The Atlantic Building Supply Dealers Association (ABSDA) celebrated the 2019/2020 year at its annual dinner this week during the Atlantic Buying Supply Expo. More than 640 delegates attended the sold-out event, which highlighted some of the association’s achievements over the last year.
A special part of the evening’s festivities included the presentation of awards recognizing individuals who went above and beyond supporting the Association and the Building Supply Industry. Three new awards were introduced at this year’s event: Salesperson of the Year, Young Leader of the Year and Retailer of the Year. In addition, two Lifetime Membership Awards were presented along with the 2020 Industry Achievement Award.
