ST. LOUIS — Energizer Holdings reported preliminary Q2 earnings of $0.20 per share, down from $0.45 a year ago and missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.22 per share. The company expects to report net sales of approximately $587 million, compared to $556 million in the prior year, driven in part by organic sales growth of approximately 2.7 percent. Final results will be released early in May.
