OAK BROOK, Ill. — Ace Hardware reported first-quarter 2015 revenues of $1.2 billion, a 10.0% increase over the same period a year earlier. Increases were noted across all departments, with paint, lawn and garden, auto and outdoor living, tools, and electrical showing the largest increases. Net income climbed 22.5% to $29.9 million. Same-store sales were up 9.2% included a 5.3% increase in customer count and a 4.2% increase in average transaction size.
