AD closes merger

Affiliated Distributors announced the closure on June 30 of its merger with The Baron Group, a U.S. co-operative buying group serving independent groundwater systems distributors. The deal brings independent distributors with almost 100 locations into AD’s pipe, valves, and fittings division. They include one Canadian member, Winnipeg’s Baker Manufacturing. Baron’s general manager is Matthew Beasley.
