Quebec industry group AQMAT held its 2023 Decision Makers Conference this week at the Centre de congrès de St-Hyacinthe. The association initially intended to limit attendance to 100 in order to keep the event intimate and interactive, but in a concession to strong demand ended up welcoming more than 150 participants. A highlight of the event was the presentation of the results of a survey that found both dealers and customers would prefer to reduce store hours than sacrifice on staffing.
