TORONTO — After a marked decline earlier in the year, Canadian e-commerce is continuing to stall, according to a report by consultants MasterCard Advisors. The spring downturn interrupted a 55-month streak of year-over-year gains, and 15 months in a row of growth at rates higher than 20%. The analysts say Canadian shoppers are becoming increasingly savvy about finding deals on American e-retail sites, even accounting for shipping and exchange rates, according to the Canadian Press.
