Home products association lines up 2022 executive series

A speaker series hosted by the Canadian Home Products and Trade Association is being reprised this fall. “Making Waves” is an online learning program for CHPTA members, in collaboration with the Schulich Executive Education Centre. The association promises a lineup of speakers who can address the challenges of these unusual times, with key insights for industry leaders.

This conference is designed to equip workers and leaders to overcome some of the biggest challenges they’re facing. It’s aimed at key decision-makers, supervisors, managers, directors, and developing leaders at the executive level in marketing, sales, finance, and human resources.

All presentations will be hosted via Zoom.

Janice Gross Stein will kick off the series on January 13, 2022. with a keynote address entitled “The Post-Pandemic New Normal for the Canada-U.S. Relationship.” her credentials are impressive: she is the Belzberg Professor of Conflict Management in the Department of Political Science and was the founding director of the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto.

Speakers will continue presenting into mid-February on Tuesday or Thursday of each week. So far, CHPTA has lined up nine speakers to address 10 different topics geared to make a difference in your business.
