ST. LOUIS — Energizer Holdings reported net earnings were $70.8 million, or $1.16 per diluted share in Q1, compared to $60.4 million, or $0.98 per diluted share, a year prior. Net sales were $571.9 million, a decrease of 0.2%. Organic net sales however rose $9.9 million, or 1.7%, due to category growth and distribution gains across both segments and the impact of the reclassification of licensing revenues.
