CALGARY — Home Depot Canada is building its second rapid deployment centre at a site in southeast Calgary, the Calgary Herald reports. Joining the Vaughan, Ont., centre which opened earlier this year, the western RDC will serve 57 stores between Vancouver and Winnipeg, ensuring their inventories remain stable. The Home Depot project is just the latest in an area that has become popular for industrial uses: a Target warehouse is among the site’s neighbours.
