ST. JACOBS, Ont. — Quincaillerie Collet Fontaine in Saint-Philippe, Que., is the newest member of Home Hardware. The store, which has operated under a succession of banners over the past 32 years, was bought last summer by new dealer-owners France Collet and Robert Fontaine. A grand opening celebration took place over the weekend.
