Home’s Bill Ferguson honoured by RCC

Bill Ferguson has received the HR Lifetime Achievement Award at the Retail Council of Canada’s Retail HR Conference. A long-time Home Hardware employee, his roles within the company have been varied and included store manager, three years as an area manager, and 16 years as a marketing manager. Then, 15 years ago he was appointed director of dealer support, working with dealers to provide them with the tools they need to stay competitive.
