SCARBOROUGH, Ont. — Leonard Lee, founder and chairman of Lee Valley Tools, and Richard Paulin, president of H. Paulin & Co., are this year’s inductees into the Industry Hall of Fame. The awards, hosted by the Canadian Hardware & Housewares Manufacturers Association, will be presented at the CHHMA industry lunch on April 23.
