MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Lowe’s CEO Robert Niblock says his company plans to expand to 60 stores in the next three to four years, up from its current 38. At an unusually brief AGM, Niblock told shareholders that the Canadian market is “very similar to what we’ve experienced in the United States.” Lowe’s, which withdrew an offer to acquire RONA three years ago, purchased 13 former Target locations to be converted by 2017.
