ATLANTA ― Home Depot has unveiled a new tagline to capture its evolving vision for a seamless customer experience. “How doers get more done” is meant to reflect the DIY can-do of its customers as well as the company’s own progress on its One Home Depot strategy. Launched in 2017, the plan has focused on streamlining the shopping experience across its store network and online channel. “No one has more ways to empower home improvement customers than we do,” Ted Decker, EVP of merchandising, said in a release. “From our award-winning digital, technology and e-commerce solutions and industry-leading delivery options to our Pro B2B website and expanded tool and truck rental, we’re uniquely positioned to serve our customers and help them get more done.”
