Target’s speedy installation – in pre-fabricated and not purpose-built premises – may have compounded the issues. Nevertheless, experts affirmed that there is still room for new upscale retailers in the Canadian marketplace, a factor Nordstrom can use to its advantage as many banners have focused on value and affordability.
